Obituary of SUSAN CRANE

Susan A Crane of Watchung passed away on January 2, 2021 at Overlook Medical Center, Summit, NJ. Susan was a selfless person who always put others before herself. That was her “Way”. It goes without saying everyone who knew her loved her witty sense of humor and beautiful personality. Everyone has their own Sue story to tell. Early in life, Susan became the first female little league player in the city of Orange where she was born and raised, (The Valley) coached by her father Bill. He was very proud of her. Later in life, Susan enjoyed weekend trips to Atlantic City. She loved trying different food and seeing all new places. She was amother figure to many but especially her sister Patty and niece Gina, whom she adored and called her “Naughter”. Susan was predeceased by her parents, William and Carmella (Giordano) and her fur baby Molly. She is survived by her loving wife Susan Stockinger of 16 years, her sister Patty Stanley of Union, Bill Crane and his family of Whippany, Anthony Crane and his family of Kenilworth. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great nephew and many loving cousins and her cherished Uncle Louis Giordano. Susan will be greatly missed and there will be a void in the hearts of all who knew her.
