Obituary of JORGE LUIS VEGA

Jorge Luis Vega, 69, was called home by our Lord on October 24, 2020 at Hackensack University Hospital, Hackensack, NJ. Jorge was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, but had lived most of his life in New Jersey. Jorge was an extraordinary man. He helped everyone and never sugar-coated anything he said. He was a classic car collector and had an amazingly crazy sense of humor. He loved family gatherings while roasting a lechon in his back yard. He is survived by his mom, Maria, his beloved wife Maria H. Vega (Guzman). He also leaves behind to cherish his memory his four (4) children; Milka Y. Vega, Jorge, L. Vega, Jr. (Adelina), Veronica (Armando) Perez and Fernando Vega, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and his 9 siblings. "Your wings were ready but our hearts were not."
