THELMA ""TEMI"" KRONBERG Obituary

Thelma “Temi” Kronberg, née Friedman, was born on December 28, 1931, in Newark, New Jersey. She grew up in Newark and was a proud graduate of Weequahic High School.

In 1960, Temi married Howard Kronberg. They moved to Union N.J. where she began a life devoted to family, community, and lasting friendships. She spent the majority of her working life at Breeze Eastern, where she worked in the Human Resources department. Upon retirement, Temi and Howard moved to Monroe Township N.J.

Outside of her professional life, Temi was an avid Mah Jong player who cherished time spent with friends around the table.

Temi was deeply committed to her community and spent many years as an active member of the Sisterhood at Temple Israel and Hadassah. Family was always at the center of her life. She and Howard raised two daughters, Fern Fitzgerald (Bob Baldwin) of Avon, Connecticut, and Marci Duffy (Robert Duffy) of Franklin, Massachusetts. The greatest joy of Temi’s life was her grandchildren—Lindsay, Sam, Shayna, and Jack—who were truly her pride and joy. The icing on the cake came with the birth of her great-grandson, Rory, who brought her immeasurable happiness.

Temi was predeceased by her beloved husband, Howard Kronberg, and her siblings, Albert Friedman, Harvey Friedman, and Mildred Funt.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at McLean for their kindness, support, and wonderful care.

Temi will be remembered for her warmth, devotion to family, and the meaningful connections she built throughout her life. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
